    Remove the skin from the chicken thighs, pour cold water and cook after boiling for 20-25 minutes. I used a pressure cooker to prepare the broth. The thighs were cooked in 12 minutes.

    Chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

    Add eggs, milk, melted butter and salt to the sifted flour (to taste). Replace the dough.

    Add onions and carrots to the broth to the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

    With a teaspoon soaked in hot water, we take the dough and put it in a saucepan with soup.

    Cook until the dumplings rise to the surface. At this stage, you can add spices. If you use a bay leaf, then it must be removed from the soup pot after cooking the dish.
