Kale cabbage is a rare vegetable in our country, but it has the same beneficial properties as any other cabbage. At the same time, it looks quite appetizing due to its lace leaves.
Kale cabbage salad will be a great decoration for any table, including a festive one.
We wash the cabbage (preferably under running water) and cut it as you like.
Soybeans need to be boiled if you purchased raw. Usually they are sold ready-made, sealed in an airtight package.
Mix cabbage with beans, cranberries, almonds, green onions and tomatoes.
Preparing salad dressing. To do this, mix lemon juice and lemon zest, finely chopped dill, olive oil, salt, pepper.
We serve the salad on the table, watering the prepared dressing.
