Zrazy of minced meat on an egg

Juicy zrazy are fragrant and delicious, and melt in your mouth! The minced meat should be fat enough, otherwise the zrazy turns out to be somewhat dry. Or to add extra juiciness to each zraza, you can put a small block of butter in the filling.

FILLINGS

Rub the eggs on a coarse grater or chop with a knife. Add salt to taste.

Cut green onions and fry until soft. Cool and mix with grated eggs.

Put out the cabbage and stir in the raw egg before finishing.

Soak dried mushrooms and then boil until tender. Pass through a meat grinder along with the eggs.

Beat raw eggs with milk, add salt, pepper and, if desired, 1 tablespoon of flour. Prepare an omelet, cool and cut into oblong pieces.

Boil rice or buckwheat in salted water until tender. Cool, mix with chopped boiled eggs and, if desired, with stewed or passioned onions.

Finely chop the onion and fry. Pickles are cleaned from thick skin and hard seeds, finely crumble or rub and boil (boil for a few minutes) in a small amount of water.
