White bean soup with smoked sausage on broth

Protein-rich delicious and hearty soup is sure to warm you up in winter! The soup is prepared quickly if the broth is cooked in advance (for example, in the evening), about 30 minutes. The soup turns out to be rich, with a pronounced smoked taste (despite the small amount of smoked sausage). Well, VERY tasty! And the smell!!! Try it!

Cook the broth (remove the meat from the broth, and then either add it at the end cooking, finely chopped, or use at your discretion in other dishes).

Add finely chopped potatoes.

Half of the beans can be crushed in a blender and then added to the broth, put the rest whole.

Fry the onion in olive oil, add garlic to it, as well as tomatoes (I used canned ones) and simmer for five minutes.

Now put vegetables in the white bean soup.

Finely chop the sausage, fry it and add it to the soup.
Add salt and pepper well.
Cook for 10-15 minutes.
At the end, add the bay leaf and herbs.
Bon appetit!
