So, we start by peeling the beans, washing them, cutting very long pods in half. After that, boil the prepared beans for about 7-10 minutes in slightly salted water. After this time, we spread the boiled beans from the saucepan and cool them in cool water. After that, we peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into small slices. Then peel the shallots, cut them into rings. Cut the tomato into 8 parts, pour boiling water, leave for a couple of minutes, remove, peel, remove the seeds, and finely chop the pulp. Now let's start preparing the dressing. To do this, mix the pre-cooked meat broth, wine vinegar, herbs and olive oil. Dressing, salt and pepper to your taste. Now we mix the prepared potatoes, green beans, onions and tomato cubes with the dressing. Now we spread the salad on a large flat dish, decorate the top with anchovies cut in half lengthwise, peel the hard-boiled egg, cut into slices and put it on the sides of the salad.
