For crab salad with apple, you will need:
Boil the eggs first. If you want the salad to turn out tender, boil the eggs "in a bag", leaving the yolk undercooked. To achieve this, boil the eggs for only 5-6 minutes in boiling water. While the eggs are cooking, cut the crab sticks (to enhance their taste, you can fry them). Peel the apples and cut them into cubes too. Meanwhile, the eggs have already been cooked and they need to be cooled in cold water. Then rub them on a medium grater, and add to the apples and crab sticks. We also add corn there. You can add onions (for an amateur). Add salt. Season with mayonnaise, or sauce (50% mayonnaise + 50% sour cream). Mix everything well. Leave to infuse in a cool place for about 20 minutes to soak the salad.
