The culinary recipe for this soup is my signature recipe for the first course. Chicken and porcini mushroom soup is traditionally prepared in my family during the mushroom season. This soup can also be prepared using dry mushrooms. We bring the melted milk to a boil along with the chicken meat, and then turn down the heat. We peel the washed potatoes and cut them into small cubes. We send potatoes, finely chopped coriander, peeled and chopped porcini mushrooms to the milk, bring them to a boil again, salt and pepper. Cook the soup over medium heat. Finely chop the onion head, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the vegetables a little and send them to the soup. Finely chop the parsley and dill, and then pour it into a saucepan with soup. Cook for a few more minutes. Pour low-fat cream into the soup and cook over low heat for half an hour. A few minutes before the end of cooking, we put the vermicelli to sleep. Chicken soup with porcini mushrooms is a great meal in autumn days!
