How to brew ginger tea? Yes, it's very simple in 5 minutes and that's it. But I suggest in this recipe not to brew it, but to boil it. Although of course who likes what more.

Boil water, and throw finely grated ginger into it. If you use this tea as a medicine, and not just for pleasure, then boil it for 10 minutes on low heat so that the ginger gives all its strength to the water. When using dry ginger, we put it twice as much and boil it for 20 minutes.
Add sugar or honey and stir until completely dissolved. Then filter the resulting liquid and squeeze the ginger. And as a final touch, add lemon juice and chopped mint leaves. Again, if you have dried mint, it is better to add it even when cooking. For treatment, we drink hot.
If you decide to use this tea as a soft drink, then add a little more sugar, cool and serve with ice cubes.
