We will need three boiled eggs, 6-7 pieces of prunes, 200 grams of smoked chicken meat, 150 grams of cheese, 200 grams of champignons, which we first fry in butter with butter), and also a clove of garlic, mayonnaise and some walnuts.

It is quite clear that we will boil and fry some of the ingredients first – I hope you guessed it? While all this is being cooked on the stove, in the meantime we will cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Washed prunes pour boiling water and leave for 20-30 minutes. Then we will pour some water, and cut the prunes into small cubes. Cooled eggs need to be cleaned. But we will rub them separately, that is, the protein and yolk in different bowls. Although you need to leave one yolk, we will decorate the salad with it. Then we rub the cheese, you can use both medium and large. Have the nuts been peeled? Now chop them finely.
So it's the onion's turn – we clean it carefully to avoid tears, and finely chop it. Fry the onion in a frying pan with vegetable oil until soft. We will add to it the champignons, which we have already washed, dried and cut into small cubes. That's how we fry for 10 minutes, while stirring regularly. Of course, salt and pepper to taste. Let's cool everything, put our mushrooms and onions out of the pan, drain the frying oil.

Well, now manipulations with garlic. We will clean it, pass it through a garlic juicer. Mix everything that turned out with mayonnaise, mix everything well.

How to put all our ingredients on a dish or in a salad bowl? Only in layers. Now remember!
Put mushrooms with onions, mayonnaise and a handful of walnuts in the first layer. The second level will be occupied by yolks, the third - half a portion of cheese, mayonnaise and also a handful of nuts. The fourth is a half of smoked chicken, mayonnaise and the same nuts, the fifth will take prunes, mayonnaise and nuts. In the sixth layer, place half of the smoked chicken, mayonnaise and walnuts again. The seventh layer will consist of half a portion of cheese, the eighth – of grated egg whites and mayonnaise.
Attention now. We equalize the top layer of our salad with a knife, giving it the shape of a ball. Sprinkle it with egg yolk, grated on a fine grater. And we will decorate the top of the salad with figures that we will cut out of red bell pepper in advance. We will also decompose the greens with pomegranate seeds.

We put the finished salad in the refrigerator. When it's infused, you'll lick your fingers – it's so delicious!
