Tsada salad with beans and beef and sour cream with cucumbers

A very satisfying, nutritious and delicious salad for lovers of meat salads. The culinary recipe for potato and bean salad "Tsada" with beef was found by a friend in an old notebook with recipes of student youth. As a connoisseur of Georgian cuisine, I did not fail to immediately rewrite it. When I cooked for the first time, I couldn't believe that such seemingly ordinary products could turn out to be something extraordinary. But it turned out, and when the "Tsada" appears on the table, everyone wakes up with a real wolfish appetite. I cook often, especially since I don't need a lot of ingredients and they are almost always at hand.

I sort dried or fresh beans, then boil them over moderate heat and drain the water. Beans need to be cooled on the balcony if it's winter outside. If it's warm outside, you'll have to wait. I cook potatoes right in the peel, peel and cut into cubes. I boil beef and cut it into the same cubes as potatoes. I make a mixture of sour cream, crushed garlic, salt and dried herbs. Very finely chop the onion purple onion. I mix all the products and put the salad in the refrigerator for half an hour. The food will go perfectly with red wine and lively conversation in a warm company. Any cold day is saturated with the aromas of a southern summer day.
