Amazing fish, juicy, with a crispy golden crust. A fresh fish shop has opened not far from my house. Of course, I almost immediately went to it to buy some fish. I bought haddock and cooked such food from it as fried haddock and now I will tell you about this culinary recipe.

How to make fried haddock? We start by cleaning, gutting and rinsing the fish well, then drying it. After that, cut it into portions, add salt and pepper to your taste. Now roll each piece in sifted flour or breadcrumbs. Heat a frying pan with oil over medium heat and fry the haddock on both sides until golden brown. You can cook haddock both with the lid closed and with the lid open. When all the fish is ready, transfer it to a dish covered with lettuce leaves (or Chinese cabbage) and garnish with lemon slices on top. Here our dish is ready. You can serve it hot to the table with potatoes. Have a nice appetite for you and your loved ones!

How to properly cut a whole fish into fillets? Remove the tail, head and fins. Cut the carcass along the spine to the spine. Turn it on its side. With a sharp knife, cut the meat from the backbone bone. Turn the carcass over and cut the fillet from the other side. Clean the inside by removing the black film, as it is bitter and will spoil the taste. Rinse and be sure to dry well.

Important! An incorrectly selected frying pan can ruin even the best recipe. All the details on how to choose the perfect frying pan for different dishes read here .

Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it.
