Fried beans are not just throwing beans into a frying pan and frying. Here the culinary recipe is somewhat more complicated, but if you do everything right, you get a very tasty meal that you will not be ashamed to put on the table in front of the guests.
So, first take a large frying pan and heat some oil in it over low heat. Then put the onion and fry it for about two minutes, so that it becomes soft. Next, put half of the beans together with the liquid and crush this mixture of beans and onions with a special press until a homogeneous puree. Next, without ceasing to work with the presser, add the remaining beans little by little until it reaches the state of mashed potatoes.
After that, just leave the beans to fry over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, while not forgetting to stir it. When the puree starts to dry, turn it off, put it on warmed plates and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
It seems to me that this is a very tasty and savory dish that can bring a lot of pleasure to you and your guests. Welcome to all the appetite.
