Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 d

For the filling we will need red beans, it needs to be thoroughly washed and filled with cold water, it is best to do it overnight. The next day, before cooking, we wash the beans well again, fill them with cold water. And we will cook the beans until soft, usually this process takes about an hour. At the very end of cooking, the beans need to be salted to taste. We throw the well-boiled beans into a colander to drain the excess liquid. We'll peel the vegetables and wash them. Chop the onion and fry it in any oil until soft and golden. We grind the carrots through a large grater and send it to the frying pan to the onion, we will fry the vegetables for ten minutes until soft. We puree the beans with a pusher, you can pass it through a meat grinder, it's at your discretion. Add fried vegetables to it. The filling is leveled with salt, seasoned with ground black pepper and favorite spices to taste. For a better taste, you can add a little softened butter to the filling. Carefully rub the filling.
The dough can be cooked with water or milk, it will not affect the taste of the pies. In warm milk or water, you need to dilute sugar and yeast, set aside the dough for ten minutes. Then add salt to the dough, 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix until the salt dissolves. Add flour and knead a non-sticky, soft dough. Cover the dishes with the dough and put them in a warm place for an hour and a half. The dough will double during this time. Knead the dough that has come up for five minutes on a table sprinkled with flour, and divide it into identical balls. From each ball with our hands or a rolling pin, we form cakes about half a centimeter thick. In the center of each tortilla we put the filling and form neat pies. In a frying pan on well-heated vegetable oil, fry the pies from all sides until a beautiful, golden color.
Bon appetit!
