Fried turkey salad with fruit

The combination of meat with fruit is a classic of the culinary genre. After cooking turkey schnitzels, I had some fillets left, which I decided to use in a salad. I didn't have to think about additional ingredients for a long time, because in all meat salads my favorite combination is with fruit. Since there were some strawberries and red grapes left in the refrigerator, they went into the salad.
