Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

We start with the preparation of fish. Sea bass should be cleaned, fins and head removed. We wash it, wipe it with a napkin and make several transverse incisions on each side with a knife.

Sprinkle the sea bass with salt, sprinkle with half of lemon juice and olive oil not only on the outside, but also on the inside of the abdomen. We put herbs in the incisions. Next, the fish needs to stand a little at a temperature of 20-25 degrees. Half an hour will be enough.

Put the sea bass in a preheated frying pan and fry in butter for five minutes on each side until golden brown. Add garlic. In the process, it is necessary to water the fish with the oil in which it is fried.

We put the sea bass on a plate. Add the remaining lemon juice to the pan to the remaining oil and heat until it boils. The resulting mass is watered by the fish. Vegetables are perfect as a side dish.

The dish is ready. Bon appetit!
