Fried burbot with onion

Do you like river fish? Cook burbot! It's simple and delicious! Burbot is a delicious cod fish with dense meat and rich taste. I really like to cook this dish, as this river predator is very easy to carve and it has practically no bones.

Cooking method

1. I wash my burbot in cold water with a pinch of salt. Cut off the head and tail, gut, rinse again, and then cut into portions.
2. Salt and pepper the fish. Peel the onion and cut into half rings, beat the egg until smooth.
3. Using a brush, we coat the burbot pieces with egg and breaded in flour.
4. Put the fish in a frying pan in preheated vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.
5. Turn the pieces over to the other side, sprinkle the prepared onion on top, add salt and pepper to the onion, and then cover with a lid.
6. Fry the burbot on medium heat until ready.
7. Serve with fried onions, sprinkled with chopped herbs. If desired, you can supplement the dish with a side dish.
