Pre-boiled in salted water and cooled udder cut into slices of medium thickness (about 1 cm).

Sprinkle the udder pieces with salt and pepper.

Pour flour on a plate.

Put the breadcrumbs on a separate plate.

In a bowl, break an egg and whisk it with a little salt with a fork.

Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil.

Roll the udder pieces in flour, then dip them in beaten egg, then roll them in breadcrumbs.

Fry the udder on both sides until an appetizing crispy crust forms.

Melt the butter.

Serve hot with your favorite side dish and vegetables. Pour melted butter on top of the fried udder.
