Now I will tell you about the culinary recipe of such food of Spanish cuisine as fried milk. So, to begin with, pour 750 ml of milk into a small saucepan, put lemon peel and cinnamon, put on fire, boil. Then turn off the heat and infuse the milk for 10 minutes. Now we dilute starch in 250 ml. milk. Then beat the egg yolks a little and beat lightly. After that, we mix our two masses. Now we take out the crusts from the milk, pour in the sugar, dissolve the sugar on the fire. Then add the egg-starch mixture to the milk and cook until thickened. After that, pour the prepared cream into the mold and leave it overnight.
In the morning, the mold with the frozen cream is carefully turned over on the table and cut into pieces. Now we roll the pieces of cream first in flour, and then in egg and fry in oil.
After roasting, we roll the cream in sugar and cinnamon and put it on a dish. We serve dessert exclusively chilled.
