In my distant childhood, I just couldn't stand processed onions in any way. I perceived it only in its pure, fresh form. But everyone knows that over time, food preferences change. This happened to me, and now I can't imagine dishes without this vegetable. Onions are an excellent addition to almost any fornication: meat, fish, vegetable. In addition, onions can be cooked separately according to a very simple culinary recipe, which I will tell you about now. So, to cook fried onions, we first need to choose bulbs of about the same medium size (not large). After that, we peel the onion, wash, dry and cut into thin half rings. Then sprinkle our prepared onion with flour. Put the frying pan on the fire, pour the oil in half and fry the onion for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. You can cook it less if you don't like the crust, or you can, on the contrary, longer if you want to fry it well. Ready fried onions are sprinkled with meat, chicken, various side dishes.
