An unusual recipe will become your calling card! I recommend to everyone a culinary recipe for an unusual Italian dish. As you know, Italy is famous for its cheese and therefore the food prepared using cheese is very popular there. But if you do not have the original Italian cheese, you can safely use other varieties, from replacing the cheese variety, this dish will not lose. The main thing is that the cheese is sufficiently refractory.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

To make grilled cheese with sesame seeds, first prepare three bowls. First pour out the flour. In the second, we break the eggs and beat them up a little. In the third we will put crackers and sesame seeds. It's not too bad, first fry the crackers and sesame seeds a little in a dry frying pan for a couple of minutes.
Cut the cheese with chopsticks and roll it in flour, then dip it in an egg, and then roll it in breadcrumbs. The cheese should be completely covered with them. Ready-made cheese sticks are placed on a dish. We will do this procedure with all the cheese sticks.
Now let's prepare a pan for deep frying. Or use a deep fryer. Add oil to it and heat it up. In batches of 4-5 pieces, deep-fry the cheese for 2-3 minutes. At the same time, the cheese sticks should acquire a beautiful ruddy color.
We will put the toasted cheese on a plate with paper napkins laid on it so that all the excess oil is absorbed.
Grilled sesame cheese is ready. It can be used together with your favorite sauce or in combination with other dishes.
