Yakisoba

A delicious dish of buckwheat noodles with pork and vegetables. On the Internet, opinions on how to properly cook yakisoba vary. Some write that it needs to be cooked from buckwheat noodles (soba), others say that you just need egg noodles and Yakisoba sauce, which consists of soy sauce, sugar, wine. I didn't bother looking for the truth, and cooked according to the recipe on the package of buckwheat noodles. I've never tried buckwheat noodles before, but I really liked its taste and how it goes with all the other ingredients.
