Kohlrabi salad without mayonnaise

A charming, low-calorie dish with a magical aftertaste. I've never eaten kohlrabi, and then I wanted to try it. In general, kohlrabi is an Italian cabbage, which has been known since the 16th century in Europe. The cabbage fruit is formed inside the stem. Therefore, kohlrabi is called a stem-like cabbage. It can be eaten raw, or it can be stewed, boiled and fried. I decided to make a kohlrabi salad.

For him, I used a grater that slices vegetables in the likeness of a Korean carrot. Kohlrabi should be cleaned and grated. To it I add ginger, grated on a fine grater, and light peeled sesame. I also send sugar, tarragon (instead of it, you can add a teaspoon of fresh chopped tarragon), pepper, balsamic vinegar and rice oil. I would especially like to mention rice oil here. Once you try it, it will become an indispensable assistant in your kitchen for cooking various dishes. It is useful on a par with olive oil and has an amazing taste. Bon appetit!
