Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the specified ingredients. I'm pointing out a classic pancake recipe with milk, but pancakes can be made according to your favorite recipe. The main thing is not to make them very sweet. Red fish is salty to taste: pink salmon, salmon, chum salmon. I will cook with cheese "Mozzarella", but any soft cheese, as well as cottage cheese, cream will fit perfectly into this recipe. Greens on request, I have fresh dill greens for serving ready-made pancakes.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Break the egg into a bowl, add salt, sugar, and mix. Pour in the milk, add the flour and mix. Dilute the dough with warm or hot water to the desired consistency. If desired, vegetable oil can be added to the dough. Heat the frying pan, grease with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes on both sides in a well-warmed frying pan until cooked. Lubricate the finished pancakes with butter so that they do not stick together.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Remove the cheese from the packaging and grate it on a coarse grater. Again, for this recipe, you can choose the cheese to your liking. Soft cheese is simply grated, cream or cottage cheese can be mixed with chopped fresh herbs, for example, dill. It is not worth adding salt to such a filling, the fish will be salty and there is a chance to over-salt everything.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Put grated cheese on each pancake (it's better if the pancakes are still warm, then the cheese will melt slightly), pieces of red fish (the amount of red fish is exclusively to taste) and roll neatly into a roll. You can serve it right away, or you can cut each roll into small pieces.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Pancakes with red fish are ready and they can be served on the table. Pancakes can be served with some kind of summer sauce, for example, "Zadziki". Such pancakes will be a decoration of the festive table or a delicious healthy breakfast or snack.
