Chop the onion as finely as possible or grate it with large teeth, do the same with garlic. If you make minced meat yourself, then pass the onion and garlic along with the meat through a meat grinder.

    Knead the minced meat thoroughly and beat it on the bottom of the bowl or on the table. Cover the minced meat with plastic wrap or a cellophane bag and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
