Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 25 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make pancakes with stuffing? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash and wipe the apples well. Kefir can take any fat content, I took thick.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

In a deep bowl, mix salt and sugar.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Add ground cinnamon, vanilla, beat in raw egg.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Mix well with a fork or spoon.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Pour in warm kefir (kefir temperature should be about 30-40 degrees) and vegetable oil, mix again.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Add soda and mix. The mass can become more lush, as it should be.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Add flour in small portions, because it may not be required all or, conversely, a little more - look at the consistency of the dough, it should be like thick sour cream.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Our pancake batter is ready! Let it lie down for a while while we take care of the apples.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

I don't peel apples, but you can do it. Cut the apples into plates, removing the core. I cut it thinly, but when I want the apple to feel good, I cut it thicker.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Put 1 tablespoon of dough on a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. You can try to make the pancakes more round and even. To do this, drain the dough from the spoon, turning it perpendicular to the pan.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Put 1 piece of apple on each pancake.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Add a small amount of dough to the apple. I like this way of adding filling to pancakes because the whole filling remains inside and does not burn when frying. Fry the pancakes until golden brown over medium heat - they usually fry pretty quickly, so don't go anywhere and get ready to turn over.

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

Flip the pancakes and fry them on the other side.

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

Ready-made pancakes are eaten with honey or with your favorite jam. Have a nice tea party!

Pancakes are very popular in my family and I bake them quite often. Therefore, I want to diversify the usual dish a little. The filling in this sense is what you need! By the way, there are many filling options - it can be plums, peaches, pears or other fruits, they can be cut into slices like me, or you can rub or finely chop and mix with dough. If we want unsweetened pancakes, then we halve the amount of sugar, exclude cinnamon and vanilla and take ham, sausage, cheese, boiled egg and greens, sausages, fried minced meat and even crab sticks. It will turn out very tasty. Try it!

Be prepared for the fact that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!

Use oil with a high smoking temperature for frying! Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it.
Unrefined oils, with rare exceptions, have a low smoking point. There are a lot of unfiltered organic particles in them, which quickly begin to burn.
Refined oils are more resistant to heating, and their smoking point is higher. If you are going to cook food in the oven, on a frying pan or grill, make sure that you use oil with a high smoking point. The most common of the oils with a high smoking point: refined varieties of sunflower, olive and grape.
