Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 5 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Wash the chicken eggs under running water and drive them into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt. You can pepper it to taste. This way the dish will taste brighter. Using a fork, mix the yolk and white until smooth. There is absolutely no need for a chatterbox to achieve strong bubbles, they will be superfluous here. It is better to choose farm eggs, with a bright yellow yolk. Then the scrambled eggs themselves will turn out more beautiful.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Add filtered drinking water to the egg mixture and mix again with a fork (or whisk) until smooth. The water in this scrambled eggs recipe can be replaced with the same amount of low-fat milk, if you use it. Then the finished dish will be more tender, but, at the same time, more high-calorie and, most definitely, will cease to be lactose-free!

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Heat a non-stick frying pan with low sides over high heat, then add sunflower oil and heat it well. Reduce the heat to medium. Instead of a non-stick frying pan, you can use a cast-iron one if you know how to fry on it. It is believed that cast-iron cookware conveys a special note of taste to dishes.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Pour the egg mass into a preheated frying pan. The fire, let me remind you, is average!

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

And immediately start mixing the egg mixture with a spatula in different directions in a chaotic manner, not allowing the egg pancake to grab a single layer. It is due to the fact that scrambled eggs are "chattered" from side to side, it got its name "Chatterbox". And not at all because she is more talkative than everyone else :)

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

As a result of such simple manipulations, in just two or three minutes the scrambled eggs will form into peculiar egg pieces, and will be ready to be served on the table. Of course, everyone's plates are different, you may need more time to cook. The consistency of the chatterbox serves as a guideline. Egg pieces should grip well and dry out, become lush, but not ruddy!

Of course, with milk, yes, on butter, the chatterbox will turn out to be more tender and satisfying, but that's a completely different story...

But this option is less caloric! And if you manage to fry scrambled eggs in a dry frying pan, without oil, then the dish will turn out to be as dietary as possible!

Bon appetit!
