Blue shark steak in a frying pan

Try shark meat! Juicy, fragrant, spicy! Blue shark steak cooked in a frying pan is a great dish for lunch or dinner. Before cooking, shark meat is soaked for 8-10 hours (usually left overnight), this allows you to remove the inherent unpleasant smell and bitterness.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 h 40 min

1. We put the shark meat in a bowl, fill it with water, leave it overnight.

2. Boil the green peas in slightly salted water, then throw them into a colander, let the liquid drain. The peas should remain tender, crispy.

2. Peel carrots, grate, fry in olive oil (take a small part) until golden, pour soy sauce, simmer for about one minute.

3. Divide the shark steaks into fillets, then fry in the remaining olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. We transfer the fish to a paper towel.

4. Put the peas and mint on a serving dish, then place the fish on it, and finally pour soy sauce with carrots. We complement the dish with lime slices if desired.

We serve it on the table, very tasty with boiled rice.

Bon appetit!
