1. Pour sesame seeds on a flat plate, rub the whitefish fillet with salt and pepper, breaded in sesame seeds, fry the fish in corn oil for 1-2 minutes.

2. Then we transfer the fried whitefish pieces to a baking sheet and send them to the oven preheated to 200 degrees.

3. Peel the ginger, grate it, put it in a frying pan, add butter here, and send it to the fire. After about 30 seconds, pour the soy sauce and a little water (50 ml will be enough), bring the sauce to a boil.

4. We remove the fish from the oven, put it in a frying pan with sauce, cook for 1-3 minutes, turn it over a couple of times.

Serve on the table with any side dish.
