Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

1. Roll out the thawed dough, then cut it across into strips about 2 cm wide.

2. Cut the sausage into circles, each circle in half.

3. Arrange the pieces of sausage on strips, so that the round edges rise slightly above the dough. A few pieces of sausage will be enough for each strip.

4. Roll up the roll - it turned out a rose. Attach the edge of the dough to the bottom of the flower.

5. Place the roses on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

6. Smear the surface of the roses with a beaten egg.

7. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven (180 degrees Celsius), bake until ready - until the roses are browned.

Serve roses to the table, decorated with greenery - so they will look especially original.

Bon appetit!
