Sea tongue with potatoes

Cooking method

1. Peel potatoes and onions, wash, cut onions into small cubes, three potatoes on a coarse grater. We put the prepared vegetables in a bowl, salt and pepper to taste.

2. My tomato, cut into circles. Bulgarian pepper is cleaned from partitions and seeds, washed, cut into strips.

3. Fillet of sea tongue cut into portions, put in a bowl, sprinkle with thyme, paprika, Provencal herbs, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.

4. Grease the heat-resistant form with vegetable oil, spread the potatoes with onions, then the tomato, and on top of the tomato - the sea tongue, then spread the Bulgarian pepper.

5. We send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes, after which we take out the form, sprinkle the surface of the dish with grated cheese, return it back to the oven and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
