Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Vegetables and apples are washed, cleaned and cut into large pieces directly into a baking dish. Salt, add oil, bay leaf. Mix and put in the oven.

We prepare a paste-like mixture for rubbing meat with a pestle in a mortar of spices, mustard, adjika, garlic, salt and ginger. The consistency is regulated by adding oil. Transfer the pasta to a large plate.

Heat a large frying pan. My meat, remove the films, dry with a paper towel. In a dry hot frying pan, fry the meat until brown. We put the hot meat to the spices, roll the steaks from all sides in a fragrant mixture.

Meanwhile, the vegetables in the oven have already started the juice, we take out the form and put the meat on top of the vegetables. The remaining spices in the plate are spread evenly on the meat. Carefully, pour the beer into the mold along the edge.

A piece of baking paper is soaked under a stream of water and squeezed out. Cover the form with a dish with parchment, wrap the edges of the parchment inside the mold. Bake for another hour at 200 degrees, then reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and cook for another hour. The meat will soften, become very tender and fragrant, will melt in the mouth.

Serve the dish hot with vegetable or any side dish to your taste. Bon appetit!
