Stuffed cutlets

Delicious minced meat dish for all occasions. Cutlets are one of my favorite dishes. They cook quickly, they always turn out, and they are eaten just instantly. There are a great many recipes for cooking cutlets, but I suggest cooking stuffed cutlets with a filling of green onions and eggs. The cutlets are delicious, beautiful and juicy.

    Combine minced meat, one raw egg, chopped onion, chopped potatoes, salt and ground black pepper in a separate container. Mix well to get a homogeneous minced meat for cutlets.

    Prepare the filling. Chop the cooled boiled eggs with a knife.

    Finely chop the green onion.

    Combine the chopped eggs and green onions together.

    Form stuffed cutlets. To do this, make a nest of minced meat, put a little stuffing of eggs and onions inside. Now gently pinch the edges of the cutlet, giving it a rounded shape.

    Put the meatballs rolled in flour on a preheated and greased with sunflower oil pan.

    Fry the cutlets over medium heat until tender.

    Serve ready-made stuffed cutlets to the table with a side dish to your taste. Enjoy your meal!

So that the mucous membrane of the eyes is not irritated when slicing onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a piece of lemon before slicing.
