Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

1. In a bowl of a suitable size, sift wheat flour, followed by sifting corn flour there. Mix both types of flour thoroughly with a whisk.

2. Pour paprika, baking powder, salt and sugar into the container to the flour mixture. After that, we again thoroughly mix all the ingredients with a whisk.

3. Break the egg and mix everything well.

4. Now pour the milk into the container, mix the dough thoroughly with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency. In principle, to avoid lumps, you can beat the dough with a mixer. The consistency of the finished dough turns out to be thick sour cream.

5. The dough is ready - prepare the sausages. To do this, we clean them from the film and cut them in half. Or you can immediately buy small sausages. We insert wooden skewers into each sausage.

6. Now we turn to the most interesting stage - the direct preparation of this unusual and very tasty snack. So, pour the dough into a tall glass. Also pour the flour into a flat plate. We put a large deep frying pan with a thick bottom to warm up on a high fire, pour oil into it.

7. We take sausages on skewers in turn and roll each one in flour. After that, we dip the sausage into the dough, then carefully remove it with circular movements. We are waiting for the excess dough to drain a little.

8. Dip the sausage in the dough in hot oil and fry until the dough is ready. It should become golden in color. We do this with all sausages.

We serve hot sausages with ketchup and mustard.

Bon appetit!
