Potato pies with cabbage on water

It turns out that the dough in the pies can be easily replaced with potatoes! In an effort to feed the precious child, parents are primarily concerned that the food is nutritious and healthy. And, of course, it should be delicious, beautiful and beloved. In my piggy bank there is such a culinary recipe – potato pies with cabbage.

For their preparation, it is necessary to boil potatoes "in uniform", then, without cooling, peel and pass it through a meat grinder. Add 2 raw eggs to the potato mass and mix well. We begin to make the filling: finely chop the cabbage and onion, fry separately in butter and mix, salt, add 2 chopped boiled eggs, knead well. We divide the potato mass into round tortillas, put the filling on each of them and connect the edges of the tortillas. The resulting pies are rolled in flour and fried in a frying pan with heated olive oil. Potato pies with cabbage are ready, they can be eaten hot with sour cream and herbs. It is known from my culinary practice that such pies are eaten by children to the last crumb. Delicious and incredibly healthy dish!
