Pork stewed with mushrooms

A simple dish to prepare, cooked in a frying pan. Pork stewed with mushrooms is a very satisfying and flavorful dish. For cooking, you can take champignons, oyster mushrooms or forest mushrooms. In addition to onions, you can also add carrots. The products are stewed in a deep frying pan with a lid on low heat. Meat with mushrooms can be served with baked potatoes, boiled horns or buckwheat.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil for about 3 minutes.
2. Cut mushrooms into small pieces, add to vegetables, fry for 5 minutes.
3. Cut pork into medium pieces, fry separately in oil.
4. Combine meat and vegetables, pour water, add salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes under the lid.
5. Add sour cream, cook for another 10 minutes. Serve the dish hot with pasta or potatoes. Bon appetit!
