    Prepare all the necessary products. I recommend taking chum salmon steaks chilled - such fish is much healthier. The oil can be any: sunflower, olive and even sesame. I use ready-made lemon juice, but you can squeeze it directly from the lemon directly during cooking.

    Lubricate the fish on all sides with vegetable oil.

    Add salt, if desired, you can add your favorite spices and seasonings for fish. Our marinade is the simplest, and in my opinion, noble fish does not need an abundance of seasonings.

    Meanwhile, light a fire, wait until the firewood burns out and hot coals remain. You can also use ready-made coals - this will significantly reduce the cooking time.

Keta fish is quite fatty, so it is recommended to serve it with simple carbohydrates: cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers.
