Minced beef patties with mustard on starch

A hearty dinner for relatives is not a problem - cook cutlets! I like chopped cutlets, because they feel the meat better. My husband is just delighted with this dish. I prepare different sauces for these cutlets, a side dish will also suit absolutely anyone. I prefer to serve these cutlets with fresh vegetables.

1. Combine chopped beef with spices and eggs.
2. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes, add it to the meat and add salt.
3. Add mustard, sour cream, flour and starch, mix well.
4. Meat should stand for a day in the refrigerator.
5. Mix the minced meat before cooking.
6. Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil. Heat the frying pan well and spoon out the minced meat. Having fried on one side, turn over to the other and cover with a lid. Under the lid, cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
