In order to make the chicken meat as juicy as possible, it is pre-marinated. This is an additional waste of time, but the finished dish pays for it with a vengeance.

1. Chicken breasts are thoroughly washed under running water, then dried. Cut the prepared chicken into small pieces.

2. We put the chopped chicken meat in a deep bowl. Pour the low-fat cream into it, salt and pepper, mix.

3. Cover the bowl with a lid, send it to the refrigerator for three to four hours. After the specified time, we take the bowl out of the refrigerator, drain the cream.

4. Pour flour on a flat dish. It can be pre-sifted so that there are no lumps.

5. Break the eggs into a separate bowl, beat with a fork until smooth. Corn flakes are crushed, but not into powder. The pieces should be large enough.

6. In another container, mix breadcrumbs, crushed corn flakes, dried oregano, salt and ground black pepper, paprika, garlic and onion powder.

7. Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan of small diameter. We send it to the fire. To find out when the oil is ready for frying, you need to put a small amount of breadcrumbs in it. If the oil sizzles and foams around, it's ready.

8. A piece of chicken is first breaded in flour, then dipped in egg batter. After the batter, breaded in a crispy mixture. Thus, we prepare all the pieces for frying.

9. We put the chicken in a deep-frying strainer, dip it in hot oil. Fry the nuggets for 7-10 minutes, until a golden crust appears. You can fry without this very grate, just dipping the meat in oil. It can be removed using a slotted spoon or kitchen tongs.

10. We spread the fried pieces of meat on a paper towel. Let the excess fat go away. We serve it on the table hot with your favorite sauce to choose from.
