1. First, we wash the chicken legs well, put them in a colander, so that the excess liquid would glass. Dry a little with paper towels. The paws will be fried, so they should be dry.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a large frying pan with a thick bottom, let it heat up well, spread the chicken legs and mix immediately. We cook for 5-7 minutes and pour in cognac or you can use vodka, give a little time for the liquid to evaporate and pour sugar. Continue to fry until golden brown.
3. Pour broth or water into the pan, cover with a lid and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Let the dish stand for 10 minutes under a closed lid, let it soak in the sauce and serve it to the table.
