Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

1. In a deep bowl, pour part of the milk (about 50 ml), break the eggs, add sugar and salt.

2. Stir the mixture with a whisk until smooth, then pour vegetable oil, mix again.

3. Sift flour into the resulting mass, mix the dough with a whisk so that there are no lumps.

4. Heat the remaining milk with a microwave (you can also on the stove) to a very hot state, but do not boil.

5. Very carefully, pour the hot milk into the dough in a thin stream, while continuously beating it with a mixer.

6. And now pour the soda into a cup, pour a little boiling water (a tablespoon is quite enough), mix and enter the mixture into the dough.

7. Fry the pancakes in a non-stick frying pan (otherwise the pan will need to be lubricated with extra oil, while the non-stick one does not need it) on both sides until a beautiful golden color. Pancakes are fried very quickly, you can not move away from the stove :)

Serve with fruit sauce, condensed milk, honey, sour cream or your favorite jam! Eat to your health!
