Pour kefir into a bowl, add eggs, salt, sugar, soda, and beat everything well. Pour flour (not all at once, but gradually mixing it into the dough) flour may need a little more, or less, depending on the fat content of kefir and the quality of flour. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream. Then bring the milk to a boil and pour into the dough in a thin stream, stirring intensively. It turned out a dough of the consistency of ryazhenka with small bubbles. Pour in sunflower oil, and bake pancakes.
