Custard pancakes on kefir, vegetable oil and boiling water

Fragrant pancakes will be very useful for tea! Pancakes on kefir are soft, tender, fragrant. I generally love pancakes because the dough does not need to be kneaded with my hands, just 15 minutes of work with a whisk - and voila! Be sure to cook these pancakes, you will not regret it!
