Pike caviar pancakes

Do you like fish dishes? This recipe is for you! I share the signature recipe of my father-in-law, a fisherman (with his permission, of course). In general, these are pancakes made from pike caviar. Have you tried this? Did you cook on your own? If not, then now is the time to try and treat your family. Pancakes are tender and very tasty!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

1. Remove the films from the pike caviar, then put it in a bowl.

2. Break the egg to the caviar, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, mix.

3. Spread sour cream with a spoon, and baking soda on it.

4. Stir, sift and add flour.

5. Using a blender, whisk the mass (I like that the blender helps to "choose" what could not be removed with your hands - all the small films wind up on the knife) until complete uniformity.

6. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and spread the pancakes with a spoon.

7. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Delicious, appetizing and fragrant!
