If you add carrot liver fried in sour cream to a familiar dish, it will only benefit from this. Carrots will add a touch of sweetness and juiciness, the liver is still a rather viscous product in consistency, which is why it is usually cooked in sauces and gravies, if it is simply fried, then they try to make the pieces smaller and add vegetables.
To cook liver with carrots and onions, it is enough to have these products, salt and oil for frying.
The cooking algorithm is almost the same as what we considered in the recipe " chicken liver with carrots and onions in sour cream ":
- prepare the liver: rinse, remove the ducts and cut into large pieces;
- heat the oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the onions, add the carrots cut into strips, bring it to softness;
- add the liver to the vegetables in the frying pan and fry on both sides;
- add sour cream to the dish, cover with a lid and put out until fully cooked - 5-6 minutes).
Serve with or without a side dish, you can add greens.
