Saute differs in that the ingredients for it - necessarily vegetables, as well as meat (poultry, seafood, mushrooms) - are fried over high heat in a small amount of oil with constant stirring (shaking). It turns out delicious and beautiful. And with cuttlefish - it's an indescribably bright taste.

1. My squash and cut into strips. We peel the champignons and cut them into 4 parts lengthwise. Cut the tomato into slices.

3. Heat the frying pan with oil and fry the mushrooms with zucchini, add tomatoes. Fry for a couple of minutes and add ground red pepper and a little soy sauce, after 20 seconds we put the vegetables on a plate.

4. And immediately put the seafood in the pan. Fry on high heat for a minute, drain the resulting liquid.

5. Fry seafood for a couple more minutes and add vegetables, mix. Add soy sauce and (30 seconds after it boils) add chopped garlic, stir, turn off.

The dish is ready.
