<p>1. Pour the amaranth flour into a bowl.<br> 2. Add mashed potatoes to the flour.<br> 3. Lay out the chopped chili pepper.<br> 4. Add cumin, chopped coriander leaves and salt.<br> 5. Mix everything well and, adding a little water, knead the elastic dough.<br> 6. Grease the dough with a small amount of oil, put it on the bottom of the bowl, cover with a lid and leave for 10 minutes.<br> 7. Form small balls from the dough (about 3 pcs.)<br> 8. Spread the foil on the work surface, lubricate it with oil, also lubricate the rolling pin with oil.<br> 9. Roll out each ball on foil into a flat cake.<br> 10. Fry the tortillas in a well-heated dry frying pan for 2-3 minutes, then brush with ghee oil.<br> 11. Turn over to the other side and fry for the same amount of time, brush the tortilla with oil.<br><br> Serve hot! Enjoy your meal!</p>
