Cut cheese into cubes, egg, flour, salt, pepper, herbs, mix everything with cottage cheese; then divide the mass into 6-8 balls, roll a little in flour, form cheesecakes; heat up a frying pan with a non-stick coating and put the cheesecakes, fry on both sides until golden brown, then reduce the heat to a minimum, cover with a lid and simmer for 5-7 minutes .
