Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 25 min

We wash the cranberries under the tap. We cut it into very small pieces, mixing it with chopped garlic cloves and seasonings. If possible, we use a food processor for this purpose. Dilute the mixture with 100 grams of water.

Cut the rabbit meat into equal pieces. Sprinkle them with pepper and salt, and then leave in a cold place for an hour. After the rabbit has rested, we proceed to cooking. Chop the onion into half rings. Fry in a frying pan under oil, allowing it to be covered with a golden crust. After that, we put rabbit meat on top of the onion. Fry for 5 minutes on each side. At the end, the rabbit is watered with a mixture of cranberries. Simmer the dish for an hour on low heat. After that, you can serve the rabbit to the table.
