Dough for chebureks on vodka and water

Great dough for chebureks! You won't find it tastier! My friend dug up this recipe dough for chebureks in a magazine, the name of which, unfortunately, I no longer remember, and it doesn't matter. Before that, we made dough for pasties with milk at home. But once I tried this recipe and was not just satisfied, but very, very satisfied.

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 3 h 10 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Beat the eggs into a bowl.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

It is necessary to beat eggs with a whisk, add water and oil to them, pour vodka.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

And then start adding wheat flour. Put the flour until the dough stops sticking to the table.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Now you need to put the dough in the refrigerator and keep it there for three hours.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Then you can take it out and roll it out. All that remains is to make minced meat to taste – you can have meat, you can have vegetable or cheese, or even mushroom. And fry chebureks.

Chebureks from this dough turn out crispy, and the surface of the chebureks does not burst, as it sometimes happens with other dough. In general, everyone who tried out the recipe liked everything very much.
This dough can be used simply for all sorts of different pies with vegetable or meat fillings. It is not necessary to make chebureks. Although, I repeat, the recipe is the dough for chebureks.
