Delicious chebureks

Great recipe! You won't find it better and tastier! I really like unhealthy and fatty food – chebureks. But after my husband, having made terrible eyes, asked whose tail was sticking out of the dough, I categorically refuse to buy them on the street. Semi-finished products for chebureks are sometimes also of unsatisfactory quality. Therefore, after interrogating my friends and conducting a comparative analysis, I stopped at one culinary recipe, according to which the most delicious pasties are obtained.

The filling for chebureks will be meat. Divide the meat into pieces of 30 grams each, peel the onion and cut into pieces. We will turn beef, pork and onion through a meat grinder, salt to taste, sprinkle with black allspice and dilute the minced meat with broth. The minced meat will become liquid, which will make our pasties juicy.
Knead the dough from flour, which we will sift beforehand. Add salt and granulated sugar to the water, pour it into the recess in the flour. Knead the dough and add vegetable oil during the kneading process. Let's leave it for half an hour on a flour-dusted table. After 20 minutes, we will mix it well again and leave it for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough very thin, 2 mm thick. Cut out circles on the saucer, put the filling in the center, distribute it on one side and make a pasty. Press the edge with the prongs of the fork to make a pattern.
Fry the chebureks in a large amount of vegetable oil and serve them on the table.
